An inauguration meeting for the Energy Audit Project was held today May 11, 2023, in the presence of representatives from Al Watania for Industries and Prince Sultan University. The project aims to enhance energy consumption practices within Al Watania Plastic factories. This initiative is a collaborative endeavor stemming from a memorandum of cooperation signed between the university and the company, further fostering collaboration between higher education institutions and leading national companies in the Kingdom.
The Energy Audit Project seeks to analyze and assess the current energy consumption within Al Watania for Industries’ plastic factories, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement to achieve maximum energy efficiency. Through this collaboration, both teams aspire to develop innovative strategies and solutions that contribute to reducing energy consumption and enhancing the environmental performance of the factories.
