On Thursday, May 2nd, 2019, Al Watania for Containers (CMC) launched the Monthly Incentive Program, which in the first phase aimed at production staff (technicians and operators) in Body, Coating and Printing lines. The program was inaugurated by the President of CMC and Capex and the Chairman of the Program Committee Mr. Saeed AlQahtani in the presence of the program’s sponsor, Engr. Muhammad Al Madani, members of the committee and employees. The Chairman of the Program affirmed in a speech on this occasion the importance of this ambitious program and the need for concerted efforts of everyone to seek to achieve its goals.
It is worth mentioning that the Monthly Incentives Program focuses on key challenges in safety, operation, quality and work environment where it is designed to improve factory staff performance by providing them with the best practices and procedures to perform their tasks with clear measurable targets in the form of points to be achieved on a monthly basis. The winners will be awarded a reward of SR 2,000 per month distributed to the winning team of operators and technician with certificates of recognitions and appreciation.
