In line with Capex strong commitment to products Quality and Customer Satisfaction, we look for new technology that can test twist-off caps with high precision. We found it on Cap Master. Cap Master is prototype equipment with robotics function for dimensional and functional testing of Twist-off caps made by Ibea from Germany. It utilized inspection software that can measure the dimensional and functional parameters of Twist Off caps in a matter of seconds. Test parameters such as Cap External Diameter, Cap Internal Lug Diameter, Cap Height, Lug Height, Lug Width, Compound Thickness, and Flip On/Off are measured automatically per sample cap and result will be immediately seen on the screen panel.
