In a demonstration of its commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability, Al Watania for Industries successfully organized a large-scale cleanup initiative at Sha’ib Al-Wushlah, south of Riyadh. The event was conducted in collaboration with the Filipinos for Saudi Green Initiative and coordinated with the Riyadh Municipality.
The initiative brought together 60 volunteers from diverse nationalities, including employees from Al Watania for Industries, who worked collectively to collect 104 bags of waste from the targeted site. The event also featured the participation of children, underscoring the importance of instilling environmental stewardship and volunteerism among future generations.
As part of its ongoing dedication to fostering environmental awareness, Al Watania for Industries emphasized the broader impact of the initiative in promoting sustainability and protecting natural resources. Safety protocols were strictly observed throughout the event to ensure the efficient and organized execution of activities.
